• Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition with packaging intact.

• Exclusions: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

• Instructions: Send the item/items back to the address that we provide you. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 Refunds:

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, minus any shipping charges.

Exchanges:

• Availability: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

 Defective or Wrong Items:

• If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.
